About Us

Founded in 2019

Belonging to the diaspora, we are a group of postgraduates inspired to set up a platform that seeks to address issues related to ideas of belonging. Our aim is to explore identities through a lens that promotes togetherness rather than division. We believe that this can be achieved through a public platform that not only educates, but also creates awareness of topical issues related to these themes.

​Through this we hope to overcome points of contention that present as prejudices in today’s society and encourage conversations exploring complexities pertaining to identities and otherness.
